Lucidity is what awaits us once we emerge from the sub-lucid state which most of us accept as our normal and fully developed human state. Lucidity is the adult state of mind-dominance, as opposed to the juvenile state of heart-dominance. Adulthood follows so closely from lucidity, and lucidity so closely from clear-seeing, that the three terms are nearly synonymous.
