Groupthink is the state of mindless conformity and group orthodoxy, of being an eyes-closed, fear-based, ego-clad, heart-centric, ignorant human child rather than a lucid and able-minded human adult. This artificial, segregated state of ignorance – wrong knowing – is the product of powerful internal forces which we can call ego and vanity and Maya and fear.
