Eat When Tired

No snowflake ever falls in the wrong place.

Eat when hungry, sleep when tired. That’s how the saying goes. It may sound very zenny and wise, but it’s actually a massive pain in the ass.

The fact is that being unanchored in time is not as easy as it sounds. You end up napping a lot and never being sure if you’re fully rested. You end up being hungry a lot and not knowing if it’s meal-time or snack-time, or if you’re eating too much or not enough. It’s hard to make plans because you need a few days to adjust your schedule to make sure you’re well-rested at a certain time.
