The mission of Science and Nonduality is to
explore beyond ultimate truths, binary thinking,
and individual awakening while in deep reverence of
the beauty, complexity, pain, and great mystery that
weave the infinite cycles of existence.
Wow, that mission statement has more holes in it than something with a whole lotta holes in it. That’s a very spiritual-marketplace thing to do; string together a bunch of awesome-sounding gibberish and hope nobody notices or cares that it makes no sense. Maybe that’s what spirituality means – shit that doesn’t have to make sense – but that’s where spirituality and nonduality part ways; nonduality makes perfect sense all the time. Nothing else does because nothing else can. I am reminded of an old saying that I just made up: Those who can, create. Those who can’t, destroy.
