Awareness Abhors a Gap

Most ignorance is vincible ignorance.
We don't know because we don't want to know.

What you don’t see, your mind fills in. When you see nothing, your mind fills in everything. I see everything* so my mind fills in nothing. Between all and nothing there are those who see something and whose minds fill in the rest. This can be depicted as a Spectrum of Awareness.

The mind, or imagination, or Maya, or whatever you call the agency of appearance, does not allow us to perceive nothing. Ironically, it is only when our eyes are fully open that we are able to see nothing.
