A truth, an insight, which you have slowly and laboriously puzzled out by thinking for yourself could easily have been found already written in a book; but it is a hundred times more valuable if you have arrived at it by thinking for yourself.
Spiritual Autolysis is a pretty specific writing process. If I knew of a pretty specific tapdancing or flyfishing or singing-while-gargling process that accomplished the same thing, I’d be talking about that, but as far as I can tell there’s only writing. If there was an elixir, pill or technique, I’d suggest you drink it, take it or do it, but there isn’t. There is spiritual autolysis, and I suggest you write.
