OPD: Other People’s Drama

This story's gonna grab people. It's about this guy,
he's crazy about this girl, but he likes to wear dresses.
Should he tell her? Should he not tell her?
He's torn, Georgie. This is drama!”

I may not seem like the most tolerant person in the world, but that’s a function of the context in which this communication takes place. Outside of this context, I am in complete agreement with Alexander Pope’s observation that whatever is, is right, and you can’t get any more tolerant than that.

What can be wrong in a dream? How could wrongness even be possible? Sure, there’s misalignment and wrong-knowing and wrong-action and that sort of thing, but they’re perfectly right to be wrong. Just because we adopt a context in which something is wrong doesn’t make it universally or inherently or intrinsically wrong. Nothing is wrong in and of itself, independent of context.
