At any street corner, the feeling of absurdity
can strike any man in the face.
All people are silly, and the more serious you are, the sillier you are. We’re all inherently silly because our circumstances are inherently absurd. That’s not necessarily a bad thing as long as we come to terms with our situation, but if we don’t – and virtually no one does – then that makes us even more ridiculous than circumstances dictate. The silliness is baked in.
