Beware of false knowledge;
it is more dangerous than ignorance.George Bernard Shaw
The first step in correcting a problem is acknowledging that we have one and correctly identifying it. If we are blocked in our spiritual progress, we might look to our emotional attachment to false knowledge as the culprit.
We are not held back by the absence of true knowledge but by the presence of false knowledge, which is why revisiting our assumptions can be so critical to forward motion. This feels like backtracking, but it’s a necessary part of a positive journey to undo negative progress. False knowledge is another kind of emotional ballast that must be jettisoned.
